Great location with many dining options close by. Free gondola is about 6 minutes walking away. Fit our family of 4 well. Trails and nature everywhere!

Its a nice property to stay at its clean and quiet you could walk around with your children and have good options to go for lunch or dinner

We had the most incredible time in Mountain village and enjoyed the amazing proximity to the village itself.

This property was described as a two bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment. This is a gross misrepresentation. This rental is a dumpy basement in a three floor unit. The owners live just above. The pictures show the second bedroom. This unit is an old master bedroom with a small bathroom. The rest of the unit is the basement main room with a curtain hanging from ceiling to floor separating it in half to make up the living room and the second bedroom. there is no kitchen - just a refrigerator and sink with a very small round table. SAFETY ISSUES: 1. the door locks don't really work. This unit is in very active bear country on the ground floor. Bears open doors, especially with the door handles on this unit. When we were locked out, the host told us that he would be home that night and will educate us on how to lock and unlock the door. This was the most ridiculous statement ever. 2. The host feels that he can enter the unit at any time of day without previous notice. I was home alone at 9:45p on the phone with my husband when the host broke into the unit without first contacting me - I had to hold the door shut as he continued to push his way in. I also called Mountain Village police, who patrolled the area all night. 3. There is a door leading to an inside stairway that leads up to the hosts living area. This door can not be locked from the inside of the unit allowing anyone in the host living area to gain access to the unit at any time of the day.

The location was perfect! Very easy walk to the gondola and beautiful views from the patio. Parking wasn’t very difficult. The steam shower was wonderful. The kitchen is small but useable, perfect for a short weekend or if you don’t plan on cooking much. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again!

We spent 4 nights at the residence. It’s was great for myself, my husband, son and of course our dog. We got in late in the evening and had to call for assistance. The host was gracious and helped us right away. The main bathroom shower was fabulous and was also a steam room, which our 16 year old used everyday. The only downside was the small kitchen area. I am an avid cook and the portable cooktop was a challenge. The cookware would continuously slide off the burner. Other than that it was a great place, and we would definitely stay again!

Please read the additional directions as to the exact location of condo. I didn’t and had difficulty finding it. In the details “a/c” is listed, but there isn’t one. Had to open windows to cool off the inside of the condo, which took a while. Therefore, our first night was uncomfortable. In addition, neither of the washers nor dryers was ever available for our use. Clothes remained in washers and dryers the duration of our stay. The location of the condo within Mountain Village was very convenient.

Location is awesome! Hosts were really nice and live in the unit above this one. Check in was a little confusing since the check-in details didn’t say it was the bottom unit but I later found that in other details and the directions from the link kept taking me to the wrong location. Otherwise the place is great and we had a great time in Telluride!

Great location, easy access to the gondola into town and the steam shower was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, too. We recommend!

I am generally one to give a generous review. I will start with saying that the location of the property is fantastic and the setting and views around the townhouse complex are stunning. The deck was lovely and the steam shower was a nice surprise. However I do have serious concerns about the listing and the property. The listing states there is a kitchen. It does not have a stove or oven, only a hot plate that we found on the floor of the pantry. The listing states that there is a pool and hot tub. In reality, there is access to the nearby hotel's pool and hot tub through the owner's membership for 30 per person per use (this is a discount from the general fee of admission, but the pool is not on the property). The place is impressively dirty and under poor repair. We had to scrape food debris off of the sofa bed mattress and vacuum it before anyone could sleep on it. The rental space is the lowest floor of a 3 story condo and it seemed to still be under the final stages of construction. The only closet in the space is filled with boards and dusty bags of mortar, presumably to be used to finish the remodel of the space. The outlets near sinks are not GFCI protected and are therefore a safety hazard. One of them has burn marks around it and the plastic is slightly melted. All of these issues are fixable and hopefully will be addressed to make for a safer, cleaner and more comfortable stay.

Overall, this place gave us everything we needed. 6 grown men were able to sleep comfortably and navigate well-enough in the space. Stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen.We had issues with one of the showers not working and host was responsive and amenable.Note: 'Ski-in, Ski-out' label is slightly misleading. I think it fits all the appropriate criteria to label it as such, but just know, it's a good 10 minute walk in full ski gear to the lifts. Did not end up presenting too much of an issue, just a note.

This unit is in a great location, walkable to mountain village area and when we needed a last minute place to stay for an extra day of skiing powder, it fit the bill perfectly! It is great for a couple or a close set of friend or a family of four. -the upstairs sound travels through the ceiling a bit-the primary bed is comfy but definitely has a set of body divots worn into it-it is compact but uses space well, with the curtained off second bed, and small kitchenette-we enjoyed the steam shower.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. Cooking was a bit tricky so just keep that in mind if you are planning to prepare meals here. Overall it was great for what we needed for the weekend

We had a wonderful time in Telluride! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Small, but cozy place with prime walking distance into the village. Loved the bidet and steam shower as an added bonus. Will stay there again, thank you!
