Se trata de un edificio antiguo, pero el apartamento está reformado por dentro con muy buen gusto. Se encuentra extremadamente limpio. Tiene mucha luz. Toda la zona es de parquímetro de pago, pero se aparca sin problema cruzando Gran Vía El acceso y entrega de llaves es muy cómodo, pero mejoraría la comunicación, ya que hasta el último día no nos dieron instrucciones sobre el acceso. Alguna información como el tema de la fianza no está bien explicado en la web y en la reserva y da lugar a confusión
