(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

    Althought, we didn't realise we would be in the back unit. The place had a bit of wear and tear. It served it's purpose for our stay

    Glassware was filthy, you can't lock the wooden door from inside, one shower at a time as you run out of hot water so have to wait for it to heat back up, carpet floors have stains. The photos really make it look way better then what it looks. One good thing....... Outstanding view of the water.

    Blessed with 6 glorious days of sunshine, this unit was the perfect holiday base. With the beach just across the road, the balcony was fabulous for restful but interesting views, boats, birds and gorgeous sunsets. With an easy stroll into Nelson Bay itself, location was fab. Suited us brilliantly and would happily return.

    Ceiling fans were not working it was good accomodation it would really need a clock in the apartment would be good

    'Shoreline' is out of the main town centre so nice and quiet. Only a 10 minute walk into town and right across the road from the bay. Great view from our balcony!

    Ideal location for families. So close to all the attractions Nelson Bay has to offer. I especially liked sitting on the balcony with my wine whilst the kids played at the beach 20 metres away. Looking forward to coming back again
