Stayed Nov 9, 2025Peeling paint, ferral cats on stairs, no washcloths. Dead cockroaches on the floor.Looks ok from afar but not great on closer inspection. Close to hospital is reason i took this. Revommend find something else.

Stayed Sep 15, 2025Pet friendly clean room location excellent for Shands biggest problem was noisy Air Conditioner in bedroom closet. Hard to sleep with. Power went out once but came back on quickly. We would stay again as walking distance to hospital. Hosts were great to answer questions and help. Maybe a pot holder would be needed to take things out of the oven as we like to eat at home. Only photo I have is fog looking out of window

Stayed Jun 7, 2025The check in was easy, the communication with the owners was timely and consistent which i appreciate. But I stayed here with my husband and a friend under the impression it was a 1.5 bath as listed, which it is not, my friend had to walk through our room at night to use the bathroom. The ez blowup bed was not easy at all and would not extend so my friend had to bring her own. The pillows were worn and thin and the spare comforter had mystery stains all over it so we couldn’t use it. The AC unit is in the bedroom so it’s loud and makes random high pitch noise which was difficult to sleep through. The location is great cause it’s close to everything but wouldn’t stay again. Its definitely a college apt due to the wear and tear. I appreciate the friendliness and convenience but just wouldn’t again.

Stayed May 30, 2025My husband was there because his daughter was at Shands hospital. He wouldn’t even stay one night there. Totally unacceptable place, would not recommend this to anyone!

Stayed Dec 12, 2024We thought everything was quite fine. The bottle of wine was a nice surprise, and we thought the bed was exceptionally comfortable!All in all, a very satisfactory experience!Also, we found David easy to communicate with!
