Stayed Mar 21, 2025Sergio greeted us at 7am, showed us around the apt., and even left coffee, water and milk for us to get started. The place is charming, with two bedrooms facing the pedestrian-only street and one quiet one in the back. The bathroom is small but adequate; the kitchen has what you need. Central location and so much to do! Easy walk to bus, train, uber, shopping and groceries. We would definitely go back!

Stayed Dec 28, 2024The apartment was great for my family of 7. The apartment is spacious, clean, and modern. Located at the heart of Alcalá de Henares, close to all Christmas festivities, and only a 15-minute walk to the train station that can be used to get to Madrid. Free Public Parking is a 3 minute walk and the apartment is in the same street as dozens of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores.

Stayed May 8, 2024This stay in Alcala was excellent. We came to visit old friends from when my father was in the Air Force. It was absolutely perfect. The Serfardi apartment was clean, quaint, central to everything “Alcala” and the host quickly communicated to all questions. I should note that there is a washer for last dry but not an electric dryer which I misunderstood from the listing. This was remedied quickly by our host. I recommend staying in the Serfardi apartment. It was a a great experience. We hope to return next year.

Stayed Jul 13, 2022This apartment was in the middle of town, about a 10min walk to trains. A/C was great considering we went during a heat wave! Appreciate how easy the process was. Adriana was great to work with.
