Awarded by the DTV with 5 stars you live in a comfortable, very spacious, apartment with about 113 square meters living space on the 1st floor.
2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one with a shower, the other with a bath and a walk-in closet.
Large living / dining room with modernly furnished living room with floor to ceiling windows and directly adjoining partially covered terrace.

The spacious kitchen is very well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker,microwave and plenty of dishes.
The apartment has parquet and tiled floors and is therefore allergy friendly. TV, stereo and DVD player in the living room and additional TV in one of the bedrooms are also available. Parking and wireless lan are offered free of charge.

Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for the next guests. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. The existing key safe station is also a late arrival easily possible.

Completely and tastefully furnished apartment for sophisticated use with terrace and private parking directly at the house. Excellent quiet location high above Lake Constance.

The tourist tax and any additional services are not included in the price of the apartment and must be transferred to the account specified in our booking confirmation. An on-site payment is not possible!
Key collection takes place by means of a key safe at a central station (not directly at the apartment). The code will be communicated 3-4 days before arrival. Condition is that we the complete. Payment according to our booking confirmation received!
