New apartment with large terrace in Kressbronn, exclusive and directly on the lake Sunny new apartment in an exclusive location on the lake. Large open living room with reading area, open kitchen, dining area and living room - plenty of space to relax. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors to the terrace create a bright and sunny ambience. Modern fitted kitchen, stove, modern TV, leather couch - beautiful design and high quality.

Very good mattresses offer in both bedrooms a comfortablesleeping comfort. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom ensuite, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and if needed extra bed. A shower room ensuite and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, toilet and vanity. Both bathrooms have a walk-in floor-to-ceiling shower. Additionally separate guest toilet.

Insect protection on all opening windows ensures relaxed nights. Partially covered terrace allows you to enjoy lukewarm summer rains in the open air and offers pleasant shade in midsummer. The property borders directly on the water park Seegarten.

There is a bicycle storage room in the house, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a private parking space.
The apartment is non-smoking!

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key-safe a late arrival is easily possible.
The final cleaning is included. Bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are provided free of charge. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

Super Fewo, es fehlt fast nichts an Mobiliar und Geschirr. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Ideale Lage zum Bodensee - ca. 80 m.

Diese Wohnung ist einfach toll. Ankommen, wohlfühlen, entspannen. Was wünscht man sich mehr. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll. Der Kühlschrank ist für 4 Personen etwas knapp - aber wir sind weder verhungert, noch verdurstet! Mit 2 Fahrzeugen ist die Parksituation unglücklich - aber das muss der Gemeinde u nicht der Wohnung angelastet werden. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett, eine Wohltat! Die kleine Gartentür zum Park ist genial, Badeanzug an, durchs Türle geschlüpft und mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Bodensee. Das ist sensationell, besonders vorm Frühstück! Den SunDowner nimmt man auf dem Schiffssteg oder im Bistro ein - und ein gelungener Tag findet ein entspannendes Ende auf der herrlichen Terrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. was man so zum Leben braucht sind in Kürze erreichbar. Wanderungen oder Radtüren startet man vom Haus aus. Da kommt man gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne, gepflegte, großzügige Wohnung. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft kann man wirklich guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und toll ausgestattet! In der Küche war alles zu finden, was zum Kochen oder Backen benötigt werden könnte, es gab Bücher, Spiele und DVDs und alles war sehr geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der See lag direkt hinter dem Garten, so dass die Wohnung ihren Namen wirklich verdient. Für uns war auch der Fahrradkeller sehr hilfreich und die Lage war für unsere Fahrradtouren optimal. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt!

Very nice place to spend time with family. Very aligned with expectations we could have for this price. You will find all you need. Great space inside but also a large terrasse and garden. 2m to the lake and all shop you need around (bakery, ice cream ;-), supermarket ...) We strongly recommend this place.
