Property was safe and quiet close to beach and a lot of eating options

The studio apartment was perfect for two people with all the necessary amenities needed for an enjoyable beach stay. I would definitely stay here again!

It was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. It's a little bit cramped, but we knew that going in. Would have loved to have some decaf coffee for the Keurig. Also, it would be great to have a separate light over the microwave and table area. We liked that there were plenty of pillows, but wished there was an extra blanket available. Overall, we enjoyed the stay!

Driving up to it was a initially surprising as it in the middle of other rentals and residents in a duplex type street. After easily parking, you walk into a super clean and comfortable studio. Bed super comfortable and bathroom was a great space. All kinds of beach items available to use plus some fun bikes. AC a bit noisy, but it is difficult to find any faults in this place. I hope it doesn't flood in the middle of storm. Prayers!

In town for a golf outing and this spot was close to all the venues we were playing. The room was clean and comfortable with no fuss. Perfect for my needs as I was out all day and just needed a place to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely consider renting again when the need arises.

The host was always available to answer any of my questions. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

The suite was very clean, A/C worked well.Very quiet

Areas for improvement: AC wall unit very loud and rumbling. Had to turn TV volume way up to hear. Mattress and box springs overdue for replacement ... uncomfortable. Too much furniture piled in such a small area. Need solid tops for side tables, as gaps in current side tables make it difficult to hold drinks. Parking was an issue. Too many bikes and plants in garage to accommodate guest vehicle. Strengths: Clean and fresh. Nicely painted. Convenient location to restaurants and local attractions.

Air conditioning was perfect, location as well.

Super clean and happy beach decor helped set the mood for a stress free weekend. So accommodating with room supplies and anything you might have forgotten. Room very comfortable in every way! We met the Hosts and they were so nice and friendly! Parking in the garage was very nice with offerings of bikes, etc. Outdoor shower to rinse sand from feet good move and keeps room clean!!! Really a great location near beach and more!

Seas the Day is perfect for couples. Very cozy and very peaceful neighborhood. Close to beach and Garden city pier. This is our second time staying and will stay again in the future. Our host, Lisa communicates well and is quick to respond.

What a great place to stay on the southside! Very clean and convenient to everything. Lisa is a superhost, will stay again.

Just a highly decorated motel room. Poorly equipped for cooking . Have to wash dishes in bathroom sink. One of the main reasons I stay at VRBO Zia so I can do some of my own cooking.

This was, by far, the best place I have stayed in out of using vrbo for 4 years. I had a problem with me losing the key and I called the property manager and she answered immediately and was on her way within minutes! I had very nice people above me upstairs, the room stayed nice and cool. 10/10 !

The place was as pictured very nice and super close to the beach.. Lisa was ve try responsive…my only issue was the ac in the window was very loud.. other then that great spot for a vacation!!

Wonderful quiet getaway for a few days after family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Seas the Day. The property was exactly as described. It’s in a perfect location and quiet neighborhood, It’s close to great restaurants and Surfside Beach was a less busy but wonderful beach. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Comfy bed, nice bathroom (shower has great water pressure!!) and A/C!! Great communication with the owner. You will be happy you booked this place for your stay!

Everything was just perfect. Cleanliness, outstanding, and response to a couple of additional needs was prompt!Adorable little studio! Hopefully it will be available when we are in the area again!!!

I stayed here with my son for his 13th birthday getaway. It was a perfect location for us. It was clean and close to everything. The bikes were a nice surprise. It doesn't have a stove, but we just brought a camping stove and set it up in the garage.

Very clean and quiet! Perfect location for a walk to the marsh. I used one of the bikes to ride down to the beach. I will return!

The studio had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. It’s decorated beautifully. Convenient to the beach and attractions, food and stores. Priced well, and very clean. We had a great time.

Great place for couple. Location is on first floor. No stairs to climb. Enclosed garage is nice to park your car in. Cozy 1 bedroom with nice king size bed. Roomy bath with walk in shower. Has nice outside shower. Beach chairs and toys for use. Has bikes you can ride to the beach which is less than half mile away. Small fridge, microwave and pod coffee maker. in wall a/c unit works well. TV has Roku. Located on nice dead in road close to everything in Garden City.

Great location, nice place, will stay again

The stay is wonderful. The studio rental has everything you need for a quiet getaway. The neighborhood is quiet and nearby lots of different things which is super convenient. We had a wonderful time and would 100% come back here. The bikes and beach chairs were also awesome to have access to!
