'Seabreeze' a unique Waterfront/Beachside property

Seabreeze is a charming clifftop retreat with truly stunning, uninterrupted ocean views. Perched above the Pearl Beach coastline, it offers a peaceful, homely base for a coastal getaway. The property features two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to four guests (one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds). For comfort, there is a gas fireplace in the lounge, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and ceiling fans in both the lounge and bedrooms. The kitchen is compact but very functional. While there is no traditional oven, it includes an air fryer, Nespresso Machine, microwave, induction cooktop, and a gas BBQ, giving you plenty of options for preparing meals during your stay. Please note that access to Seabreeze is via a set of approx 20 external stairs, so recommend packing into smaller, easy-to-carry bags. The hosts, Graham and Maz, are accommodating and provide clear, friendly communication to ensure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay at Seabreeze.

We had a wonderful time at the sea breeze. The panorama ocean view was breathtaking and amazing. The apartment was clean and have everything we need. All my companions love this place, I can’t really find any fault. I highly recommend.

My parents, partner, 2 month old and dog had an amazing stay at Seabreeze. What a fabulous property and location. Utterly breathtaking views which we enjoyed all weekend. Beach within a stones throw for walks and a lovely meal at the Boat house. Graham was great with communication and offered some useful local information on arrival. The property has everything you need, including personalised touches. We hope to be back very soon. Would highly recommend this property for others.

Fantastic position with amazing 180 degree views

The pictures don't lie - a stunning property in an even more stunning location. Very private and just a couple of minutes walk from Pearl Beach. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you'd need. A perfect place for a relaxing stay.

A jewel of a place Our stay was just lovely, well appointed apartment with absolutely everything you could need. Very well supplied kitchen. Graham was a mine of local information, and the photo books, particularly the local walks one, were interesting, informative with great photographs. One of our best ever stays. Little touches like the night lights, were so thoughtful. We hope to return soon.

Seabreeze has the most incredible, uninterrupted ocean views. It was peaceful and within walking distance to the beach and restaurant/cafe. Graham was a wonderful host, offered us a lift to and from the Patonga ferry. We had such a lovely weekend to celebrate a special birthday. Would definitely go back to Seabreeze!

This is our second stay at Seabreeze, and everything was just as we expected. The warm welcome from Graham, the breathtaking views during both day and night, and the spotless, well-equipped house all made it special. It’s still our favourite holiday place, and we’re already planning the next visit!

What a fabulous location & stunning apartment with a view to die for. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and very friendly. Unfortunately we did not get to complete our stay due to catastrophic weather conditions but we will be back! Looking forward to relaxing & enjoying the full potential of the gorgeous getaway.

We had such a lovely stay here. The view was truly unmatched - waking up to the water and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was magic. The location is amazing, just a two-minute walk down to the beach. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, and we really loved that the place is dog-friendly - our pup had a great stay too.We did visit on a very hot weekend and the air conditioning wasn’t working in the main bedroom, but aside from that, everything was perfect. We’d happily stay again.

We stayed for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. The views are amazing! The house was clean and the hosts were very accommodating. Close to the beach and great bush walks. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

I have travelled a lot throughout the East coast of Australia and out of everywhere I have been, Seabreeze has been the first one I have decided “I would definitely come back”.From the breathtaking views, the extremely clean, homey cabin feel of the interiors and a soothing ocean sound 24/7 to die for, Seabreeze was spectacular. Heaven on Earth.My partner Anita and I stayed for the weekend as it was our 10 Year anniversary.I set this up as a surprise little trip for her and she was absolutely blown away.Our only regret was not staying more than 2 nights and getting to meet Graham and Maz in person who were absolutely lovely throughout the bookings process. Extremely easy to communicate with, especially considering they were away at the time.Anita and I needed a get away as we have had a difficult year and this has been our first trip in a few.Thanks to Graham and Maz, we celebrated a huge milestone in our relationship in the most ideal setting.We could not have asked for a better experience.We had every plan to go and do a few things while on the Central coast…. All that went out the window after we first experienced the view.Did not leave for the entire stay, ordered food and spent all our time on the deck without any regrets.Definitely looking to come back in the near future, only next time it would have to be more than 2 nights.Thanks Graham and Maz for sharing your beautiful property and giving us an unforgettable 10 year anniversary.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Seabreeze. Located in the most amazing spot in Pearl Beach, the views are stunning and the sun rises magical. Walkable to the beach, which is dog friendly at the far end. The house is beautifully designed and was very clean and tidy with everything we needed. Graham and Maz are wonderful experienced hosts. Oh and we saw dolphins from the balcony. It really was the best stay. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We had an absolutely sublime stay at 'Seabreeze'. While the photos give you a good hint of what’s in store, nothing beats watching the amazing, ever-changing views throughout the day. Graham and Maz have really thought of everything to make sure you’re comfortable and happy during your stay. We totally loved our experience at Seabreeze, it was everything suggested and offered on Stayz and easy to see it has 10/10 rating. We couldn’t fault a thing. Graham met us on arrival, helped with our bags and ensured we knew where everything was. The property is spotless, well appointed with luxury towels and bedding. Super comfy bed and pillows. The outlook is stunning and the sound of waves actually put me to sleep.The drive in is beautiful but do bring some snacks and drinks if you like, however Umina shopping area is only about 10 minutes away. Make sure you take time to walk around the beach and bush walk near by. Definitely looking to return.

The incredible ocean views were a highlight, constantly entertaining with the ever-changing weather. The space is both homely and awe-inspiring, offering a sense of privacy and quiet that is hard to find. Every detail has been carefully considered, including the stunning photos on the walls that elicit curiosity and wonder. Maz and Graham have also created beautiful photo books that detail nearby walks, the surrounding area, and even the building itself. These added a personal and creative touch to our stay and deepened our appreciation for this remarkable place. We are so grateful for this unforgettable experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, inspiring getaway.

We had the full gamut of weather during our stay and enjoyed every moment of it. Watching the weather change provided entertainment and serenity. A multitude of photos were taken of the sunrise straight off the balcony decking! Our hosts were excellent and always available for any assistance. It’s an easy stroll to Pearl Beach and great fun clamouring on the rocks below as far as you can go. An awesome spot to wind down :-) Loved it!
