A very quiet location, yet only 7 minutes walk down a steep hill to Porthmeor Beach and a little further to the town centre. It is only 2 minutes from the South West Coast Path. A perfect location for a relaxing family holiday.
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday but other days maybe available on request out of season.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Wonderful base to explore St. Ives. We had everything we needed for our stay. The parking is a fantastic benefit and we were super happy to be able to bring our dog. The host communicated with us before and during the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024The apartment was absolutely lovely. We had a family stay with a dog, and everyone was comfortable. The beds are very comfy, everyone had a great sleep, and the view from the living room is stunning. Having an on-site parking is a massive bonus for central St Ives location. Gorgeous Porthmeor beach is barely 10 mins walk, and St Ives Harbour with all the lovely restaurants and shops is about 15 mins walk. The accommodation has everything you need for a lovely break. The host was very accommodating when we accidentally left a personal item behind and went above and beyond to help us get it back. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you very much!

Stayed Apr 13, 2024The accommodation was clean and tidy. Well maintained and had everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. The views from the living room and the double bedroom across to the sea were stunning. It's safe to say next time we go to St Ives we will definitely book this lovely accommodation ?
