All the rooms in the flat are on the same floor. It is laid out as follows:
– A 17 m² living room with a double sofa bed (130×190), a TV and a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
-A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and two single beds on a mezzanine (90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath.
- A separate toilet.

Outside:
- A 5 m² west-facing balcony, with furniture provided so you can make the most of sunny days.

The flat is ideally situated in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
– Winter sports: skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing
– All-season tobogganing, hiking, downhill mountain biking, Himalayan suspension bridge
– Water ski lift and wakeboarding, tubing
– Tennis, tree-top adventure course.
– Swimming pool and spa.

The ski slopes are within walking distance: 500 metres by road or 300 metres via the dedicated tunnel. Free shuttle buses also run every 20 minutes during school holidays (stopping right outside the building).

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private, secure underground car park, which is located in a locked garage (maximum height: 1.90 m).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– Grenoble railway station is 38 km away.
