Cocoonr is pleased to offer this apartment for rent in Chamrousse, situated at the foot of the slopes. It measures 24 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a TV lounge area, a sofa bed (140×190) and a dining area with an extendable table.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, a Senseopod coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- A bedroom with a double sofa bed (140×190) and a single bed on a mezzanine level, suitable only for a child aged 10 or under
- A bathroom with a shower, heated towel rail and washing machine
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 3 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days
+ 1 two-seater sledge + 2 disc sledges available!

The flat is ideally situated in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
- In winter: all winter sports, zip-line, tobogganing and events organised by the Tourist Office
- In summer: zip-line, tobogganing, mountain biking, hiking and events organised by the Tourist Office

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park (1 vehicle).
