Ruby Dog on B is a wonderful accommodation and is truly a welcome remnant of Old Florida. There are great places to eat within walking distance and the beach is quiet and full of nice families. We appreciate Morgan's attention and kindness. We will be returning a third time later in the year with our sweet pups : )

We had an awesome Labor Day weekend at the Ruby Dog. The property is always clean and well maintained, Morgan the host is always available if needed. We have stayed there several times and will continue to book it when we travel to Saint Augustine. The proximity to the beach, as well as local restaurants on the beach side of town, makes it our favorite place to stay.

My wife and I loved our accommodations. Everything was what we expected or better! We would definitely consider Salty Dog Scarlet again!

Perfect to walk to the beach and to the best restaurant in St. Augustine Beach. The place had wonderful views from the porch where we enjoyed our coffee and watch it rained. Perfect set up for a couple! I would definitely stay there again.

We love staying upstairs with a view, and this time our family rented the first floor house too. It was perfect! Plus there are new beach chairs and umbrellas for easier usage. As always, Morgan provides the best care and professionalism throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed a quiet stay at this well equipped apartment. Nice little ocean view and deck to watch the sunrise each morning. Walking distance to many restaurants. Great communication with owner.

Location is great. Beautiful beach sunrises, quiet street but in walking distance of restaurants, shops and activities. Morgan was great helping us get settled. We had everything we needed for a much needed relaxing week. Loved it!

We cannot say enough good things about this property and location. The beautiful beach is just steps away, and located within walking distance to many establishments for a meal and/or a cocktail. The accommodations are perfect for a couple, and everything you might need is provided. We will be back for sure!!

Nice place to stay near the beach for 2 or 3 people and a dog. You can see the ocean from the Scarlett deck. The ramp to the beach is less than 50 yards away. Good restaurants nearby within walking distance (we liked the Beachcomber) or a short drive. About a 15-minute drive to the historic downtown area. We enjoyed our stay even when the weather wasn't cooperating. Morgan, the host met us on-site during check-in to make sure we had everything we needed.

This was our second stay at the Ruby Dog, and again we had a great time. The location is great, the property is clean and well maintained, and Morgan the property manager always welcomes us in person and makes us feel at home. Looking forward to planning our next visit!

I don't remember when was the last time that a landlord came to meet me in person. This made a nice little difference. Morgan is super kind and available, he even agreed to let us in earlier than our check in time. The apartment was perfect for us and our dog, steps away from a wide and beautiful beach. Also St. Augustine is lovely and the area felt super safe. We had an amazing time. Bring your own umbrella! Other than that, the place provides beach towels and chairs (there were also carts, coolers and toys available to bring to the beach). Only complaint: the bed is kind of wobbly, we kept waking each other up every time one of us turned. Water pressure in the shower is not great, but no big deal! Still a 5 stars stay.

Couldn't have been more pleased with this property. Nice, old, well cared for property. 1 minute to the beach, 4 minute walk to very nice restaurant, and comfortable bed. Will visit again.

My husband and I stayed here for the week and enjoyed our stay! Super laid back area that is very close to the beach with a beautiful view. We were able to meet the owner, Morgan. He was a pleasure to work with and made sure our stay went perfectly.

My husband and I stayed here. It was great. Scarlett has a balcony with a table which was our main hangout. Great sea breeze, view of the water. Very sunny in the morning. Very close beach access. Place is small but enough for what we needed. Great management and communication.
