Excellent location with nice parking. Nice outdoor space to sit and relax. Comfy place with well stocked kitchen. Small bathroom with tiny vanity and small mirror but it works ! Overall highly recommend

Everything was clean and as portrayed online. Kitchen is adequate for simple, small meals.

What a WONDERFUL place to stay!! Just a perfect little place on a beautiful little property. Everything was well appointed, and we loved our stay. We cooked delicious meals there, slept like rocks, and the shower is delicious after a big day of hiking or kayaking. This is a great place to make your home base, and we highly recommend!

We were disappointed because we had bought food in anticipation of grilling out on the patio, and then found the grill to be full of dead leaves with the heating elements inside the grill rusted out and not working -- definitely a fire hazard! We messaged the owner about not being able to light the grill, but did not receive a reply.The apartment was generally clean, but could use a good wiping down of the baseboards - lots of hair and dust, especially in the bathroom :(The double bed was a bit small for us, but was otherwise comfortable.We really enjoyed the convenience of being so close to town, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

I was visiting family in Moab and this was a great place that was close to them, close to Arches and other parks, close to downtown. Moab has a lot to offer. I’ll definitely rebook the next time I head that way!

Loved the proximity to the downtown area and Arches NP. The rental is perfect for two people visiting the area. There is a nice outdoor space with a table and two chairs. And also 2 Adirondack chairs. I found the bed comfortable. The kitchen area is tight as far as cooking and cleaning up but it was sufficient. They have what you need for cooking as far as 2nd hand pots/pans, but don’t expect any food type spices or items outside of salt and pepper. No coffee, but there were coffee filters. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit and detergent. The shower had excellent water temp and pressure which I appreciated after hiking. Overall, a perfect stay.

The Scarlet Cottage was a great home base for our time visiting Arches, Canyonland, and Dead Horse Point State Park. Tyler and Haley were very responsive and available. Having a washer and dryer was a true bonus.

Fantastic location for National and State Park access. Also, right in town with access to shops, food, etc...for after hike fun.

Great stay and location. Quick walk downtown to bars, restaurants, music, etc.

My wife and i had a great time on our honeymoon.. It gave us the opportunity to exslore Moab

It was a very nice experience except for the door code. Which took a few hours off our stay after driving from CT Once we got the updated code, the stay was nice. The location was perfect

I stayed in Scarlet which was perfect for my solo trip. Great location, close to everything and very clean! I will be back!!

Amazing location. We were able to walk downtown for dinner every night but still not feel the busyness of downtown. Although we did not use the WiFi much due to our schedule, it was spotty and could use improvements.

This one bedroom is exactly what I needed for my solo trip to Moab. It was cozy and clean and PERFECTLY located to all downtown Moab things.

Well-equipped with refrigerator, stove, and full-size washer and dryer. There was ample room, a covered parking space, and very convenient to shops and restaurants.

excellent place to stay! right off downtown it was walking distance to everything, but not too close so it felt kind of private. bonus was the guaranteed parking (on the property or street). tyler was super responsive to my only question. would happily stay here again!

The place had everything we needed. Great location.

Clean, fully equipped, quiet, and conveniently located. It had it all and was just as described. The owners checked in via email to make sure everything was OK. You couldn't ask for more.

The Scarlet unit was a great stay! We enjoyed being able to walk to all the main street shops and restaurants. We would stay here again if we came back to Moab.

Location was awesome. Accommodations small but comfortable and provided all of our needs for the 2 of us. If a larger group was coming, there are 3 other units available on the property all in close proximity with pleasantnackyard with grill, picnic table and seating in the shade of trees. Minor suggestions: strengthen WIFI if available, Reduce HVAC noise if possible, provide manual with instructions for TV, WIFI etc use and local restaurants, tour companies, medical care, policies and fire contacts, grocery stores , etc.

Overall the stay was good. The location was good for walking close to restaurants and shops.
