Enjoy amazing views of the beautiful Island Park scenery! Watch the sunset over Sawtelle Mountain in the hot tub on the back patio! Located only 25 minutes from the West entrance to Yellowstone Park. Great for UTV/snowmobile trips with close access to trail system, you can ride right out the front door! Perfect for large groups and if you`re looking for a family reunion or very large gathering you can rent the cabin and loft next door!

This beautiful cabin has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeps 20! The two master bedrooms on the main floor feature a king-size bed. The upstairs bedrooms each feature a queen and twin bed. The loft area has a queen and two twin beds so there`s room for the whole group to sleep!

The kitchen is equipped with all the basic cooking utensils you`ll need, along with plenty of dining space for the whole group. The main living area has a couple of comfy couches and beautiful gas fireplace. Down each hall is lots of wall space with hooks to hang up everyone`s coats and gear along with 2 washer and dryer sets to make you feel right at home. There`s a patio with the hot tub, where you can sit and relax as you watch the sun set.

The living room has several couches and a smart TV so everyone can watch a movie together or cozy up by the beautiful fireplace. The Loft space upstairs has a couch and another smart TV!

The cabin is located in a new area off the old highway, making it close to everything! Short driving distance (25 minutes) to the West entrance of Yellowstone, (5 minutes) to the golf course or gas station/grocery store. Also great access to trails for ATVs/snowmobiles located just off the old highway.

WiFi, towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, are included.

(RV`s and camper trailers not allowed)

One or two dogs are welcome. The pet fee is $20 per dog per night. And we require that they never get on the furniture or beds. Even good dogs can get anxious when left alone in a new place and that is when they damage things. So your dog must be in a crate if you leave him behind in the cabin. (We do not provide the crate.)

To keep the cabin beautiful, you are responsible to pay for any damage caused by your dog. Because the extra cleaning will interfere with the cabin being ready for guests later that day, if there is damage or dog hair on the beds or furniture, then the extra cost is a minimum of $100.

You`ll have access to the entire cabin including the hot tub, grill, washers/dryers, and the parking space outside! (RV`s and camper trailers not allowed) Usually, there is propane for the grill. If not, you`re responsible for filling up the propane tank at Robins Roost gas station just a couple minutes away.

I may not be present during your stay but available for any questions or concerns. Please call or text to let me know and I`m happy to help.

Only 12 miles/25 minutes away from West entrance into Yellowstone National park and close to Henry`s Fork on the Snake River. Also the cabin is within about 5 minutes away from a couple restaurants and a gas station/grocery store where you can get anything you may need or forgot.

There isn`t any public transportation in the area so you`ll need to have a car to get around. There 700+ miles of trails that you can ride motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles etc on. We have ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles available for rent if you`re looking for a different way to explore the area other than in a car.

From mid-December to March you can depend on snow in Island Park. The roads are plowed well, but it would be a good idea to bring a vehicle that works well in the snow. A truck with clearance, 4WD or AWD is best.

Take an adventure on the hundreds of miles of trails for snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs right out the back door. We also rent out snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs as well and can arrange a rentals for you!

We ask that you do a couple simple things when checking out like take your trash to dumpster next door, load and start dishwasher, wash towels and leave them drying, pull sheets off of beds that are slept in and leave them on beds. We do this to make sure the cleaning service has enough time to get the cabin ready for the next guests and to keep fees lower for you.

We had a great time staying in this cabin. We had 20 people there for 4 nights. It was a great size, and there was room for everyone. The only thing was the couches upstairs in the loft that are shown in the pictures weren't there. That would have been very helpful to have another place to sit comfortably. It only had 2 couches and a love seat downstairs for 20 people to sit. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, I wish every rental home would list or take a picture of everything in the kitchen. We weren't sure if there would be a griddle, crockpot, big stove top pot, etc., so we brought a lot of that stuff with us. They did have a griddle and crockpot, but to feed 20 people you need more than one. The beds were mid-range for most of us. Not the most comfy but also not awful. The hot tub was a big plus and we used it a lot. I also loved the laundry/mudroom on both sides with lots of hooks to hang coats and things. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend this cabin.

Everyone loved the layout of the house. The bedrooms and baths were all thought out nicely with them being placed on the outside of the main living allowing for everyone to have their own space while gathering in the center w/the kitchen & great room. We didn't realize there were two sets of washer/dryers at opposite ends and the heated floors were nice and cozy.

Multiple family trip to Yellowstone/Grand Tetons. We had 20 in our group. This set up was perfect for us!! A few broken things upon arrival but the property manager was on top of it and even notified us ahead of time on the broken items they were aware of. We explored Island Park/Big Springs. Close to so many activities and short drive to Yellowstone. Quite dusty upon arrival but overall great property!! We all thought no AC might be a deal breaker but the fans in each room and open windows at night kept it quite cool and comfortable. We visited the last week of July/first week of August.

We used this property as a place to stay while visiting Yellowstone National Park. It was conveniently located. We spent most of our time at the park and evenings at this house. There was plenty of room and comfortable for all of us.

The site was perfect for our family get together! Plenty of beds, plenty of room. Situated in a beautiful meadow which showcased the local wildlife as they wandered by throughout the day. We had a great time and no issues!

Both Yellowstone and Jackson are day trip destinations from the lodge. Lots of ATV trails nearby and places to eat would definitely stay here again

We chose this property since it was close to side by side rental place, trails, grocery store/gas station and Connie’s. Recommend Connie’s restaurant within walking distance. The only thing we did not like about the cabin was bathrooms across hallway and not en-suite.
