LIVING ROOM
The living room features a 49` smart TV that is Internet-enabled. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. The beautiful, rich blue sofa lays down into a futon bed, If you want to sleep an extra person or simply cuddle up and watch a movie. There is also a bookcase that has some reading material, colouring books and mini-games.


KITCHEN
This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

PATIO
Looks over the pool area with peeking views of the lake. The Weber grill is stocked with propane for year-round BBQing.


LAUNDRY
This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.


PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.


PARKING
We have 2 dedicated, outdoor parking stalls that you are free to use during your stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Lake Windermere Point is a unique place in Invermere because of the pool and beach access. It is also very centrally located in the town making it easy to find food and local shops. Within 15 minutes in each direction, you can find endless things to do in the Columbia Valley.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

    The deck was under construction which wasn’t disclosed. No railing and if I had kids or older people could Have been an issue. Sleeps 6 But only 4 comfortably, the bunk bed could have been tough for an older person. Other than that it was good great location. Costs vs what you get I’ll stick to hotels. My first time with a vrbo.

    Although we had some confusion with the door code at the beginning, we got it fixed fairly quickly. And the rest of the stay was absolutely fantastic.We were out and about every day so we basically just slept there. Everything was available to us and extremely convenient.We would absolutely return here again.

    Condo was perfect for a family of four - we appreciated the King bed in the Master and the bunk beds in the second room. Great location, walking distance to the beach. The beach itself is a bit rocky but the water is great and after you walk out just a bit its sand. The unit was clean, having a main floor unit was handy with two dogs, and the two parking spots were right by the main door to the building. We did have a couple issues - there is a flip bar door lock on the door of the condo, unfortunately it was broken so not usable - I did notify them of this right when we arrived and saw it. In addition, I was surprised and disappointed that the master bedroom didn't have any sort of window coverings. This was a major issue - not just due to the brightness of the room but also the fact that it was a main floor condo and it caused a major lack of privacy. I messaged them about this several times - and never heard back during our stay. We made our own window covering which did the job. The listing says you will be supplied with dishwasher pods and we were not. I also messaged them about this during our stay and no response. On the day we left I got an email asking us to turn on the dishwasher before leaving. I bought our own pods. We heard back from them apologizing for the window and pods and lack of comms. Before booking I would confirm there are now blinds. Also noted that others would often park in 1 of the 2 stalls for short periods but we always had one open spot.

    We stayed at this condo from July 21-26. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The one and only thing I would change is the master bedroom blinds didn’t block the morning sun so it was bright pretty early in the morning. I would stay again, so close to the beach and lake and having a pool is a plus. We had an amazing time

    The condo is spacious and comfortable for families. The location is great, close to the lake. The communication with the property manager was excellent and they helped us with everything we needed! We will definitely come back!

    This condo was the perfect size for our family of five plus dog. Our young kids were overjoyed to see a bunk bed like they have at home. The location works well for groceries/restaurant/dog walking perspectives. We would recommend to others with a similar family size.

    The location and proximity to the lake couldn’t have been better. The area is safe and family friendly and created the perfect surrounding for our stay.     We really enjoyed our stay, love the in suite laundry, and the bed was really really comfortable. I also really love the fact that you had extra pillows available. The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. A few comments/suggestions are that it would be lovely if there were either some bath robes or some cozy blankets for chilly nights. And my husband is an electrician and noted that the lamps may need to have someone look at them for safety, the lamps flickered a lot. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again if in the area, and next time will make use of the second bedroom! Thank you!!
