The Neighborhood:

Sandy Bay is a beautiful and safe neighbourbood located along the Derwent River. There are two major supermarkets (Coles and Woolworths) in the vibrant Sandy Bay shopping village, which is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. There you will find some great specialty coffee shops and restaurants. The University of Tasmania is also just a short stroll from the apartment.



Getting Around:

It's best to have a car when in Hobart so you can explore the city and surrounding areas however if not there is a bus service that can take you in to the city or you can jump on the Hop on, Hop Off double decker tourist bus that stops at the Casino.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is on the first floor above the car park, so please note there is one narrow flight of steps to the door.
