-This condo is on the first floor; however, please note that there are 8 stair steps required to access the unit. There is no elevator available.
- YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-We do not hold keys to mailbox units and cannot guarantee the delivery of packages or mail during your stay. We highly recommend not sending mail or packages to the property.
- NO SMOKING OR PETS allowed inside the condo or on the balcony (violations will result in charges, eviction, and forfeiture of refund).
- To reserve a boat dock space, visit the Sandpiper Cove website. Trailer parking is not permitted onsite, but arrangements can be made at local facilities.
