Welcome to our beautifully renovated 2 bed, 1 bath apartment, hosted by The Sanctuary Co. Located in the heart of downtown Johnson City, this stylish space is perfect for those looking to explore the vibrant local scene. Our cozy apartment features a full kitchen, a comfortable living room with a smart TV, and two inviting bedrooms. We take pride in providing a relaxing environment where guests can unwind after a day of exploring. Linens and towels are included, along with a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience. You can easily stop by the farmers' market, take a stroll through Founders Park, or swing by one of the many events in the evening. This is the perfect place to stay as you experience all that downtown JC has to offer!



Guest Access:

Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a lots of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually the best option from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night.



This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.



The Neighborhood:

Our place looks out over Main Street, which is the center of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it! There is a restaurant underneath the complex that holds weekend events!



Getting Around:

Effortlessly traverse downtown Johnson City and its surroundings by strolling through local attractions and relying on the city's pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. For longer distances, opt for the convenience and flexibility of a car, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace. Our guests can walk to some of the best restaurants in the region and Pierre's Marketplace (Local Grocery Store) is right across the street! Walk to parks, breweries, shops, restaurants, and more!



Other Things to Note:

Since our place is in the heart of downtown, you'll definitely feel like you're close to everything! But of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!



PET INFORMATION:

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.

We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals(DOGS ONLY), in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.





LONG TERM STAYS:

Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to $150. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay.     Great location for attending the Appalachian league baseball games and visiting Grandfather mountain. Clean apartment with lots of food options within walking distance. Knowing that the stairs was only entrance to upstairs apartment would have been nice to know before arrival. Overall good stay.

    We were in town for a couple days visiting family. We were not necessarily looking for downtown but if that was your goal it’s a great location. We enjoyed the cleanliness and it accommodated our family. The living room furniture is stylish but in my opinion not very comfortable. Everything else was 10/10. If back in the area we would rent again.
