Sanctuary Co Loft in Downtown Johnson City

This is a very nice expansive loft apt, however it is really conflicting in that it has one huge master suite with a great king bed but it has two trundle bunk beds in a small 10x 10 closet style room with a sliding barn door. It literally has seating for 40 people but realistically would only accommodate a family of 4-5 and the kids would all need to sleep together or take up residency on one of the couches. A 2nd couple would be disappointed in the sleeping arrangements. If you were to host a dinner party or cocktail hour this place would work fabulously but I don’t see how it can be advertised as sleeping 12 unless a group of college kids who have no issues with sleeping on the floor or 6 deep in the king bed. Amazing master bath with huge walk in shower and tub. Sleek stainless kitchen with a nice bath and full size laundry room. This property is really a paradox. I would warn that weekends bring lots of rowdy college age student's and is quite noisy until 3am. We had someone terribly drunk pounding on our door and yelling for over 1.5 hours. We ended up calling police so we could get some rest. My wife was actually scared. Very unique property in wrong location. First time staying downtown next time we will go back to Carnegie which worked better for us

We were informed that there would be some noise. However the dropping of the weights after midnight was very annoying and the fight in the streets @ 2:00 woke the household.

This downtown city rental is an absolute gem! The space is stunning, and huge! Much bigger than you realize until you walk up the stairs. The loft has a beautiful design and a comfortable atmosphere. The size of this rental was truly impressive and we are just bummed that we were only there for one night. We seriously talked about making another trip at some point for Johnson City specifically, partly just because of the space. The downtown location is a walk away from coffee shops, restaurants and the downtown shops. We were thoroughly impressed with this space.

An amazing property! As soon as you walk out your door you are within walking distance to restaurants and night life. Very clean and extremely nice. Communication was awesome. Definitely staying again !

This is a great property and nicely appointed and very easy to find. The part we found odd was the requests for being quiet at this property after 9 PM. Between the trainS whistle blowing at all ours of the night, the bar closing across the street and the courtyard packed with people who were all screaming at all hours of the night.. The kicker was the 24 hr gym right underneath you. Not so fun to hear them all grunting and groaning as they throw the 300 lb weights to the floor. we honestly thought someone was breaking in..If you are looking for restful evenings this isnt the place for you. If your looking for a great place to crash and party then you have picked the perfect place.. Again, very nice place BUt id say 25-35 is your age group

This experience was the absolute best we have had! We travel a lot to places like Hawaii, NYC, LA, and more. None of the places we have stayed even come close to this experience. I am usually pretty critical of our accommodations but there was nothing I could even begin to complain about here. They were accommodating, professional, and left no stone unturned. None of us wanted to leave! If you go to Johnson City or the surrounding area you will not find anything close to this. We were there for a family reunion and several people came over. They were astounded at how amazing it was! I cannot say enough. This is the best place we have ever stayed, in every respect. Period!

The host was both welcoming and responsive, and the loft exceeded expectations on amenities and spaciousness.

The apartment was lovely, and everything was in place and as expected.Check-in was easy.

Beautiful loft.. location was perfect for the Johnson City nightlife.We were so pleased with everything!

This property is beautiful & sunny. My biggest complaint was the horrible musty smell, it hit you in the face as soon as you opened the door. For me it’s hard to enjoy anything when there’s a smell like that. There is also a night club where there was yelling & fighting from 1:30-3am. Not fun. If personally would not recommend this place.

Great huge place… all we needed in the kitchen! Yes.. above places that hosts late night events! Parking well explained and convenient!

It was a great place to stay, just k ow that if you have more than 6 you will be sleeping on couches or air mattresses. The location is prime as far as location to bars and restaurants, but not prime if you plan on going to bed before 3;00am. It may have been an unusual night, but there was a lot of chaos going on out side of the place. It was a bit alarming. But the place was clean and a great space for friends to spread out and catch up.

We came into town for a wedding and Casablanca was perfect. Great location and lots of restaurants around. If you have small kids just make sure you know your staying down town and there is night life right outside your loft. Host was great and everything went extremely well. 5 star accommodations!

Wonderful Property, Great Stay, Clean, Nice, Spacious… Drunk Guy in street yelling at 2am was a brief disturbance, but overall A++++

Huge industrial style loft. Great pad!

This little Gem is amazing!! Absolutely JUST as pictured. The parking lot in back had some questionable temporary tenants on the side walk.....no responsibility of owner. Left ALL belongings other than a carry-on in the car (fingers crossed) and NO PROBLEMS! My Grandson enjoyed the hidden entryway into the loft. The owners of this home take much pride in their space! It is exquisite!
