Stayed Oct 4, 2024This apartment was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to downtown and close to restaurants. The bedrooms are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. Note: parking is on the street which can be hit or miss.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024I spent 3 nights here with my two daughters as we visited SLC for an academic event for my third daughter. Marlea's place had everything we needed, and more, was comfortable, clean, easy to get in and out of, and a great walking distance from easy coffee shops, some restaurants, and even just down the hill from a grocery store. We loved our stay and will return. Thank you!

Stayed Feb 28, 2024It was so nice to come to a home that had what we needed. Extra blankets, plenty of towels, the right pots and pans and bowls, as well as condiments in the cupboard and fridge. They even had snacks and an easy to prepare meal if needed. Check in was easy and seamless. Parking wasn’t a problem. The only thing I didn’t consider or realize was that the apartment was upstairs, which is something to be aware of if traveling with someone elderly. Quiet neighborhood, but close to any event or activity in the SLC area.
