Wake up to ocean views and the sound of the waves at this relaxed beachfront apartment directly opposite Bilinga Beach. Set within a small, quiet complex surrounded by tropical gardens and with a swimming pool, San Chelsea 16 is an easy spot to settle straight into holiday mode.

Freshly updated with a light coastal feel, the apartment features timber-look flooring, comfortable open-plan living and a spacious beachfront balcony overlooking the gardens, pool and ocean. It’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee, lazy afternoon or unwinding after a day at the beach.

Located on the first floor (walk-up access), the apartment offers two bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to five guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, private balcony access and direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom includes a single bed and single bunk beds, along with reverse-cycle air-conditioning that also flows through to the master bedroom. There is a spacious main bathroom with a shower, bath and separate toilet.

The living area includes reverse-cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, while the separate laundry offers both a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

San Chelsea is a secure beachfront complex with a wide frontage to the beach, an inground swimming pool and beautifully maintained tropical gardens. Secure parking is available for one car (maximum vehicle height 1.9m).

The location is hard to beat — directly across from the beach, a short walk to North Kirra Surf Club and close to local cafés, coastal walking paths and bike tracks. Gold Coast Airport is only minutes away, while the area still feels quiet and tucked away from the busier tourist hubs.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. The office is approximately a 6-minute drive south of the property and Gold Coast Airport.
