St. George Island Waterfront Apt., Dock, Giant Saltwater Pool, & Fire Pit

Our stay was very enjoyable. Kevin(the host) was extremely hospitable & told us if we needed anything, just ask. Our place was so nice & just right for my husband & I. We had a kitchen, dining area, living room with tv, bedroom with tv, & bathroom. The pool was a hit with us & our extended family that were staying down the street. All in all it was a very relaxing & great trip. We will definitely rent from Kevin next year.

Great pool! Also the dock and canal access were excellent for any one with a small boat. Definitely will stay here again.

Kevin is an amazing host! This property is so unique and FUN! It has everything you need from a beachy vibe with a gorgeous pool, spa, and fire pit to a golf cart and a boat dock. We will be back again and again!

This was a quaint and comfortable apartment and the host, Kevin, was very welcoming. The kitchen lacked a few things (coffee, colander, corkscrew), but we made do. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, but it's lovely and very unique.

Our fifth stay at SGI and like to try different rentals and met our needs the pool / Hot tub was awesome!! Budget friendly!

Host was very friendly. We loved the peace and quiet of the area, nice bed, and bedding. The set up is spacious and tidy. They could provide more mugs and a broom and dust pan. The hot tub was not very clean which was quite disappointing for the price!

The property is amazing. Very lovely apartment style space. The owner Kevin is awesome. We loved the pool, the hot tub, and the best part was fishing off the dock. We used the paddle board and a kayak to look around the canal. My favorite activity was petting the kitties. This is the perfect place as its not too far from the beach, the restaurants, stores, and shops of the island.

Kevin provides a spot right off the bay and only a golf cart trip to the beach! We absolutely fell in love with this area and appreciated all the amenities/convenience that this space provided us.

We met the owner personally. He was very friendly. He answered all our messages almost immediately. The pool was refreshing and being able to pull up by boat was a plus. We were very comfortable. It was a quick bike ride to the beer fest we were attending. We also enjoyed meeting their pet cats!

Location is great easy to get in easy to get out. We had a great day very laid-back.

Cute spot right on the water. Golf cart came in clutch. Very responsive host.
