This level also has two comfortable bedrooms: a double with built-in wardrobes, bedside lamps and TV, and a twin room with two single beds, ample storage and its own TV. A beautifully refitted bathroom with a shower-over-bath, WC and wash hand basin completes the floor.

Upstairs, the spacious living room is all about the coastal views. A five-section window runs along the bay-facing wall, with a fitted window seat stretching the length of the glass so you can sit and watch the tide, the changing light and the views towards Earlsferry.     Great location and warm, cosy accommodation. This was our 6th stay here, which says it all. Very close to the beach with lots of lovely places to walk. The property is always warm, so we rarely need the tumble dryer (though it’s there if needed). There’s a new kitchen with excellent facilities, a lovely bathroom with a great shower, and plenty of wardrobe space. Private parking space very close to property. We just love this place — and our dog loves it too! Kitchen cupboard space organised, to leave room for tins etc.. Nothing else really needed.
