The apartment is just 50 meters from Lecco’s main square, where you'll find restaurants, bars, aperitivo spots, and all the conveniences of city life. It's also only 10 meters from Lake Como, where you can enjoy relaxing walks along the lakeside or explore the surrounding mountains and trails, such as San Martino, Due Mani, Resegone, and Magnodeno. The train station is approximately 500 meters away.
Located on the fourth floor of a 1930s building (without elevator), the apartment is part of a well-maintained and recently renovated historic complex in the heart of Lecco, characterized by generous spaces and excellent upkeep.
Furnished in a modern style, the apartment is accessed via an entrance hallway that leads to all rooms. The kitchen features a small balcony with panoramic mountain views and comes fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, traditional and microwave ovens, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso De’ Longhi coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils.
The spacious living room includes a large sofa, an extendable table for six, a 75-inch TV with Sky cinema package, and a small furnished terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking Monte Barro.
The bathroom has been fully renovated and includes a double sink, large central shower, toilet, bidet, 80-liter water heater, and a convenient washer-dryer. The entire apartment is air-conditioned, with split units in the living room and both bedrooms.

A master bedroom with lake view, double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, and a large wardrobe.


A second bedroom with a single bed, a double sofa bed, and a desk – ideal for remote working – with panoramic views of the mountains and Lecco’s iconic “Matitone” bell tower.

The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
