    We really enjoyed our stay at this property. I would say everything about it is perfect, great location right in the middle of everything. Beautiful scenery and access to main attractions. We did have an issue initially when we arrived because the emails we received were a bit confusing. One email said that I would need to pickup keys at a different area with a provided code but another email said that the keys would be available onsite with a different code. Long story short I didn't get the correct code and I had to call and figure out the correct code and location of the keys. So the keys were onsite but we never received the correct info. Now this is advice for people who travel with large bags, fyi narrow passage up to the 5th door (floor) and several stairs no lift. 2nd while the property is literally across from the train station getting to the property is not that forward. You need to go up several stairs like 60 (maybe more) or go around up a steep road. Edinburgh is built in levels so even if google maps shows walk straight, it is not a walk it is climbing stairs. There's a lot of street noise up till 3 or 4 am on the weekends but it wasn't an issue to us. Overall it was a great place and pretty much has everything you need.

    The property had a great location. We didn't realise that the apartment was on the 4th floor. We are both in out mid 70's and found it difficult taking the luggage up the spiral stair case. A great position on the Royal mile, the only downside was that it was Very noisy at night. And ghe heating could have been a bit warmer.

    Nice flat in what could be a nice location,yelling and screaming of drunken students starting at midnight through 5:00 in morning wasn’t able to sleep at all every time I started to doze off was jolted awake artrting screaming advertised laundry facilities but only had a washer no dryer had to pack up wet clothes!calledjouvey Scotland spoke with Russell he basically said to bad about noise spoke with police officer at parliament he said the students were sta

    This flat is right in the middle of the hub bub on the Royal Mile. Such a sweet little flat. Loved the stay, would recommend.

    Great location, and overall flat. Bring earplugs for the commotion on the street (lots of drunk yelling most evenings)

    I stayed for a week and enjoyed the place a lot. The location is very good. Pretty much everything is within a mile or two. Bed is very comfy. Shower is great. But be aware that is literally right on the Royal Mile. So it’s definitely not quiet at night. I didn’t find it too bad with a sound machine but it might not be for everyone.

    Smack in the middle of Miracle Mile. Third floor walk-up. Some problem with early am garbage pick-ups and late PM partying and gatherings (1-3AM). Good responsiveness from host. Access code to lockbox could have been sent 2 days before arrival, rather than on arrival day. Great for touring and museum access.

    We loved this cozy apartment right on the Royal Mile. You are right in the midst of everything and nothing is too far a walk. There is a bit of night life, but we didn’t think it was too loud. Perfect place to stay for The Fringe. We will be back!
