By booking, guests agree to our rental contract. 2 guests are included in the reservation. Each additional guest staying past midnight will be charged $30/night, billed to the card on file. Extra cleaning charges apply where applicable. Any evidence of smoking — including lingering odors — will result in a $400–$800 fee charged to the card on file. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping this home fresh for every guest.
