The residence enjoys privileged access to the lake thanks to its private beach, ideal for your summer swims or relaxing moments by the water. There are also two restaurants on site: Le Wakpala (open in summer) and Le BEC (open all year round). Paddle, kayak, wakeboard and water-ski are all accessible directly from the residence.

The flat is bright and airy, with an east-facing balcony offering ideal morning sunshine and views of the lake, mountains and Château de Duingt.

- Bright living room with dining area for 4 people and direct view of the lake.
- Fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

- Separate WC with washbasin.

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you are coming by car, a private car park reserved for residents is available. However, spaces are not allocated.
