Stayed Aug 21, 2025We lived in the St Louis area for 23 years, but moved away four years ago. We wanted to visit our grandchildren who live in the city, and this property location was only five minutes away. The property was located in a very nice area with ample on street parking. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. It had everything needed, and the one time I texted with a question they responded almost immediately. This was our first Vrbo rental, and it was a great experience. I hope this apartment will be available next year (or sooner) when we return to St Louis. I will admit we got a little homesick and sad to leave. I never thought that would happen, but being in a great location certainly helped contribute to those feelings. Great apartment; I highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The location of the property was very good. The property needs TLC, especially the exterior, which appears rather run-down. The concrete on either side of the steps is degrading, and the railing on one side is not sturdy. Front door/s need a good wash. The lock code for the front door is the same for 6600 and 6600A. This is a security risk!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025This property suited us very well. It was a short drive to the seminar we were attending in Clayton and we were able to make it into downtown St. Louis in a mere 15 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and we could barely tell there were other people living in the building.

Stayed May 21, 2025This apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. It's located in a classic South STL neighborhood that is safe, quiet, and minutes away from major attractions. I found the apartment to be clean, the bed comfy, and the couch perfect for relaxing after a day of activity. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and our walks in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Nov 10, 2024A plumbing disaster turned us out of our house for two weeks. The second week, we ditched the hotel suite life for this sweet flat nearer our home. Having a cozy and cute place to land made the chaos of our home improvement saga so much easier. 12/10 will stay again.
