The spaces preserve the freshness of the handmade terrazzo floor, the texture of chukum, and the warmth of wood, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the entrance.

The construction respects the pre-existing vegetation and allows the native flora to continue growing around the spaces, giving place to a natural and calm environment.

Everything was designed toaccompany the surroundings and offer a simple, comfortable, and genuine way of living.

The finishes combine the handmade terrazzo floor with walls coated in chukum —a traditional mixture made from the resin of a local tree— generating visual continuity between the interior and exterior.

The private patio incorporates a small pool surrounded by plants from the local environment, forming an outdoor area that feels simple and quiet.

The furnishings include hammocks and an outdoor table, intended for moments of rest.
