Stayed Feb 13, 2026Did not sleep well at all. Very cold in the room. Bed was INSANELY hard. We found out in the morning that it was cold in the room because the sliding door was slightly ajar. Whoever had left the room previously, had locked the door before closing it all the way, so the little locking tab was preventing the door from fully closing. My wife only noticed this in the morning after trying to open it. So the cold issue would have been fine the next night. However: The bed was so bad that instead of staying the second night my wife volunteered to drive the 4 hours back home.So instead of cozy Valentine night, we were driving home utterly exhausted from getting no sleep. Completely disappointed, feel very ripped off. Will be posting this review everywhere.
