Stayed May 1, 2024I have lived in NOLA and visit as much as I can. When I saw the Panaramic View as one of the key features of this location, I immediately thought it would be a feature that I would not use. Well after a week, it was the feature that I used most to relax and be with friends! The rooftop skyline and bridge views were spectacular! We had dinner on the roof several times. The unit was spacious, exceptionally clean and with the all amenities to entertain. The owners ensured we had a perfect stay. Location is perfect for easy access to all the neighborhoods. We will stay again!

Stayed Apr 21, 2022I went down to New Orleans for a birthday trip with some close girlfriends, and without a doubt, we could not have been happier with our stay! The unit was stunning, impeccably maintained and the rooftop is to die for! Great location, safe neighborhood, only a quick 15-20 minute walk to the heart of the french quarter, and very close to Frenchman street (definitely take advantage of that!). Our hosts were lovely, accommodating, and very welcoming. They also provided us with a travel guide and some local recommendations (much appreciated as it was our first time in the city!). We had an incredible trip, and I could not recommend staying here highly enough! If you are considering this location, I can confidently say that you should absolutely go for it! 10/10!

Stayed Jan 12, 2019I have very high standards when I rent a home and this home exceeded them. It’s pretty typical to run into common sense issues when renting that makes it clear no one in charge ever stays there. Not the case here at all. I really couldn’t find a flaw. All of the thoughtful and practical touches you want in a home are there: Ample kitchen supplies and cooking basics, very comfortable beds, Bluetooth speakers, umbrellas, full length mirrors, more than enough hangers, extra linens and blankets. Truly all of the comforts of home. The view from the balconies are incredible and enough reason to stay here! The hosts are very friendly and informative and have a ton of helpful local knowledge. Having a parking spot is a huge help. Trying to park downtown can be a nightmare otherwise. But you really don’t need a car since you are walking distance to just about everything. You get to be in the heart of city and the excitement while also having a beautiful and quite oasis to return to. I really can’t say enough good things. You won’t want to leave.

Stayed Nov 21, 2018The condo on Burgundy Street was creatively and beautifully crafted from an old warehouse, keeping some of the original framework and adding striking modern touches, with lots of light and contemporary furnishings, new appliances, WiFi, two TVs, great plumbing, and good building security. It was extremely comfortable and remarkably quiet for our family of four. There are spiral staircases to the second floor and to the second of two decks with outstanding views of New Orleans, but they did not bother us. The owners were very helpful with suggestions for our stay and made the unit impeccably clean and comfortable for us. The location was the best we could imagine, within the Marigny neighborhood, steps away from the excitement of the up-and-coming Frenchmen street with its restaurants, art, and music scene, and just a few blocks from the attractions of the French Quarter. We had a totally wonderful family vacation there.
