He waited 30 minutes before check in to cancel entire booking leaving us out to dry , struggling to find another place and paying double the rate because of last minute ?

A very nice property. Apartment was great, access could be a little difficult. Location is at the south end of the beach about 4 blocks from the restaurants and bars of Rodadero.
