Stayed Aug 4, 2023Ac didnt work and had to wait several hours for it to be fixed. Owners do not maintain the property. It is not as advertised … property has great potential but not right with internet, hot water and air conditioner Which I explicitly expressed i needed due to the nature of my business. The Manager Alberto was as accommodating as he could be. I also expressed that my father had a very strict diet and we had to cook but couldn't buy food to cook b cause of the refrigerator..they fixed it but wasn't enough to trust it.. also there is a fee to get bands from the building. Don't mind the security but it should be disclosed, We had to leave in the middle of the stay because my father could not take the heat it was extremely hot .. My point is if your going to rent to especially foreign people we expect the comforts of home as advertised by vrbo . expect that it is not well taken care of and they do not disclose everything. This is my first and last time using Vrbo as I expected more from them. I would like a partial refund.
