Nida was amazing, having missed our plane, and arriving over 6 hours later than planned she still met us at the ferry point and took us the short walk to the property. Very helpful with telling us places to see, local shopping and restaurants....very helpful and a lovely lady - we loved those glasses! We left a bottle for you Nida! Can't wait to go again......same place I think, so we will book early for next year!

Love this studio apartment, with its beams and little rooftop deck. Just be prepared for the climb up the stairs; also beams mean uneven floor and plenty of possibility to bang your head when making coffee. A bit like bing in a boat's galley. But if you can deal with all of that you will love its character, comfort, facilities and location. I'd stay here again.

We really enjoyed having coffee in the AM, and wine in the evening up on the rooftop terrace; often while one of 3 or 4 local church tower bells chimed. The apt was nicely arranged and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the lower ceilings and beams on the floor had me continually bending down and watching my feet while walking around in the apt.

We loved staying at this unique property. Once you get used to the angled ceilings and beams in the floors, it's fairly spacious and has nice amenities, like a washer and air conditioning. Best part is the private terrace though. No canal view but that wasn't a big deal to us. We enjoyed the neighborhood which felt like a hidden gem-great little shops and restaurants literally right outside the door but away from the bustle of the main tourist areas. The representative met us at the vaporetto and showed us to the unit. Be aware that you must climb several steep stairways to get to the apartment.

Can't say enough about this lovely studio apartment just steps away from Campo San Barnaba where we had our morning coffee and brioche. In the heart of Dorsoduro, super easy to find (actually a straight line from the vaporetto stop), very well managed by the property management company who made sure we knew exactly how to get anywhere and were very responsive to any question. Prompt return of the damage deposit. We stayed in the first week of October and the weather was warm, the apartment was cool and the private terrace heavenly. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment perfectly appointed. Modest but lovely. You must be able to climb stairs.

We spent an awesome week in this beautifull studio, with a very good situation : very close to campo San Barnaba, few steps from Ca Rezonnico Vaporetto stop, on the other side close to the fantastic Zattere promenade, and five minutes walk from one of my favorite places in Venice, the Campo San Margarita, where we enjoyed spritz on every late afternoons, beside mainly venitians and some quiet tourists. The flat is a big studio (~ 50 m2) with confortables double and single bed, ideal for us (couple with teen-ager). It is fully equipped, with a very nice interior, and the amazing altana, traditional venitian terrace, above roofs and towers... a real dream ! Several supermarkets, (very good) take-away pizza or gelati, and little wine store (with bulk prosecco) are only five minutes away. Marco Malafante and the Venietiam/Red House company was very kind, they gave us a lot of advices for our arrival (route map, car parks, ...) and accompanied us from the vaporetto stop to the flat, then show us all the informations we needed to have a great stay : we thank you very much :-) I highly recommend this wonderfull place !
