Stayed Sep 2, 2023Spent 4 nights at this apartment and would definately stay here again. The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. Air conditioning works really well. Michele was very helpful and is a great host.

Stayed Apr 20, 2023The apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay. The kitchen is fully functional and well stocked to prepare light meals. The location is very near the train station,valporetta stop and easy access to grocery market, pizza and pastry shops

Stayed Oct 5, 2016We were met at the train station and escorted to the apartment. Michele introduced the apartment and explained all we needed to know plus many more helpful hints and suggestions for our Venice stay. He and his family live in the neighbourhood so he knows it well. Apartment is right on the canal and we could hear and watch the boats and really feel a part of this beautiful city. Apartment was very clean, great size for the two of us and well equipped for all our needs. Foods for breakfast a special treat to save us shopping immediately. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home for couples staying in Venice.

Stayed May 10, 2016Stayed here for three nights. The location was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Most of all the owners were amazing. They had great communication, helped us with transportation, met us at the station and spent a lot of time with a map of the city making recommendations which turned out to be awesome. Can't recommend them or their apartment enough.
