Roma Family Terrace is not a new story. Before Covid, this apartment was a family-run B&B, cared for with passion and dedication by Lele and Anna, who welcomed travellers here for years. Today, this private space finally opens its doors again.
The apartment sits on the seventh floor overlooking Piazza Re di Roma. It has three double bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large double living room, a separate kitchen and a long terrace running along much of the home. This is where the character of the place really comes through: coffee above the square in the morning, a quiet break after a day in Rome, or dinner outside as the city slows down.
Inside, the apartment still feels like a real Roman home, with parquet floors, wooden furniture, objects collected over time and a piano available for guests. It was never designed to look perfect or anonymous. It is spacious, bright and full of personal details.
Re di Roma Metro A is practically outside the building, about 10 metres from the entrance. San Giovanni is also within walking distance, while Via Appia Nuova, shops, restaurants and everyday services are all part of the neighbourhood.
Roma Family Terrace opens again with the same home, the same square and a new story to share.
