PARKING
You will have access to two (2) designated parking stalls during your stay.

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

Mountain View Waterpark (400m): Grab a day pass and enjoy the outdoor pool with a swimming pool, splash park, two hot tubs and a waterslide.

Fairmont Hot Springs (3.0km): In just over 7 minutes, find yourself at Fairmont`s famous natural hot springs. Here, you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you have to include in your vacation itinerary.

The Whiteway (30 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach. Bring your skates, or rent them from Inside Edge.

Golfing: The first tee of Riverside Golf Course is only 500 metres away (8-min walk.) Mountainside Golf Course is just a 3-minute drive away. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

Fairmont Ski Resort (8 km): A family-friendly ski hill that the whole family can enjoy. Equipment rentals are available on-site.

Panorama Mountain Resort (48 km): A world-class destination with incredible skiing and snowboarding. Other highlights include heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more. The Greywolf Golf Course is a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada. This course is in Panorama and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please note that the living room fireplace is decorative and cannot be used at any time due to strata regulations.

    It is a fantastic location, great views and great patio furniture. Downsides are the living room pull out couch is peeling and leaves a mess everywhere. The masterbath smells funky, probably needs a new fan. Warning there is a crazy property owner in condo 9 who hates VRBO stays and parked in front of our car and berated us for parking in the wrong spot, even thought there was parking available so we were unable to leave. Property management was responsive to concerns. Overall we were happy with our stay.

    Location, location, location.Next to 10th green of Riverside golf course with a spectacular view is the highlight of the unit.Spacious, clean, lots of windows, well equipped and comfortable beds are also worth noting.Management was very accessible and helpful. Internet and tv was very good.Could be a five star accommodation if lack of air conditioning was addressed with ceiling fans in all bed rooms, the dining and living room furnishings were updated and arrangements were made to access the pool without having to pay 25 per day per person.

    The location was outstanding and the propplenty large enough for us and another couple. Only problem we had was a very overwhelming smell of dog urine. I called the owner and they sent someone over immediately to clean the carpets and once we sprayed with air freshener it was better. I can say I was very impressed with how it situation was handled.

    We were 3 couples from Alberta who came to Fairmont Hot Springs for a quick getaway. The accommodations were exactly as shown. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we required. Towels and linens in every room were great. Check in was very easy and communication with owner prior to arriving was excellent. All of our group were very pleased and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks
