THE SPACE
Delightful 2-story upper apartment in semi-detached duplex (2 x apartments) with spectacular views of Twelve Mile Creek (River) and access to Merritt Trail (11 km trail) for jogging/running/hiking. Please note: the lower/basement unit is occupied and not part of our listing.

We are only minutes away from St. Catharines General Hospital, only 8 minutes from Hernder Estate Wines and 13th Street Winery and other vineyards and orchards and approximately 15 minutes from incredible Niagara Falls.
Our space accommodates business travelers as we provide reliable unlimited WiFi coverage and a height adjustable desk/work station with ravine and river views.

We provide a 3-burner propane gas grill BBQ on our deck as well as a George Foreman electric indoor/outdoor grill.

Please note, for your protection and safety we have total of three (3) outdoor security cameras installed around the property (outside only). During times when our guests are checked-in we have hired a third party security company to monitor the cameras for suspicious activities in order to protect our guests.
Guest access
Our guests will have access to the entire upper 2-story unit and the private balcony deck overlooking Twelve Mile Creek.

Please note: the lower/basement unit is occupied and not part of our listing. The backyard is private and our guests do not have access to the backyard.

Parking is available for at least two (2) vehicles in the right and middle spots, the parking spot on the left side of the driveway is reserved for the lower/basement unit.

    We enjoyed our stay here. The place is beautiful, clean, and well equipped with everything you could need. The owner was very helpful and communicative.

    This location is on a very busy street so traffic noise was 24 hr. There is only the dinette for seating in the common area. The half bed by the stairs is about 18 from the floor, not conducive for sitting seating
