Today, housing has replaced the farmland but the original home and Coachhouse remain on one property as one of the last original farm homes of that area. The Coach House has been converted into living quarters, now containing 2 cozy one-bedroom units.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025The Coach House is in an ideal location. We enjoyed visiting wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake as well as to the west of St. Catherines. The Coach House is clean and has everything you need. The hot tub is an added plus.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024My boyfriend and I plan on coming back here. They provided bikes where we went on a beautiful ride to Sunset beach. They provided a tandem kayak where we spent a day kayaking and seeing beautiful scenery. The location is perfect.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Hosts Sherrie and Carl have thought of everything you will need to make your accommodation memorable, including local artifacts and books in area. Ideal location to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the falls. Three night stay is recommended to see the local area. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking in unit or BBQ. Photos are accurate, but you need to see this property live to experience its full beauty. If we were to return to this area we would book again. Louise and Richard BC Canada

Stayed Jun 2, 2024This is the best place we have ever stayed on VRBO. It was immaculately clean and tidy. The location was great to see and do everything we had planned. It's private and safe place. Sherri was a great host, answering my questions about beaches and restaurants. If we ever visit that area again we're definitely going to stay there.
