Stayed Aug 2, 2025Beautiful views from a balcony overlooking Long Sands Beach. What more can you ask for? The spiral staircase makes it difficult to bring bags into the apartment but the view makes the trek up there worth it.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025My husband and I first stayed at this property in 2015 and it has maintained its immaculate condition in 2025. Tom and Bev are the friendly and gracious owners who live in the lower two floors of this property. They are friendly, kind, and happy to accommodate your requests. The third floor balcony is the best feature of the property. You can have a snack. Read a book, drink a cocktail, eat lunch, while enjoying the beautiful view. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful rental. The advertised third floor outdoor spiral staircase can be a challenge for those with mobility issues, but the advertisement clearly states that it exists. This property contains every essential that you need to enjoy a weeklong stay at York Beach.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Excellent location, amazing view, very clean and comfortable property. The only disadvantage is the 3 flights of circular metal stairs to reach the property and the tight parking space. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024If you are looking for a beach location, this is it! Directly across from the beach with a great porch for morning coffee and evening relaxing with a great view and sounds of the surf. The stairs are tricky but well worth the space!
