The 170 square meter apartment, recently renovated in 2019, consists of four bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and three bathrooms. It is located in the heart of Venice next to the Rialto bridge, in an area served by all kinds of shops. At three minutes the beautiful and ancient market of fish, fruit and vegetables, surrounded by restaurants, cafes among the most typical of the city. Two minutes away, a path without bridges, from the line 1 boat stop that connects the whole city, from Piazzale Roma / train station to San Marco and beyond. The apartment which has just been renovated and furnished with new furniture is comfortable, bright, composed of four bedrooms, of which two double bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom) the third bedroom has two single beds that can become a matrimonial. The fourth is accessed from behind the living room with a small staircase, it is a typical Venetian space overlooking the Grand Canal and en-suite bathroom. Each room has its own closet. In the living room there is a large double sofa bed with smart TV. The dining room offers a large table for 9/11 seats. The kitchen is new, super equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, cold room, toaster, kettle, dishes, pots ... and every useful tool for cooking meals at home. Moreover the whole house is equipped with air conditioning and free wifi as well as the use of the washing machine and iron. The supply of towels and sheets is included. Ideal solution for large families or groups of friends thanks to the large spaces.
