Stayed Feb 28, 2024They were very unfriendly, none of the benefits were available to us because we didn't own a timeshare. We had to reserve a random time slot for the game room, and the place was just not what we expected of it. My daughter showed up with a fever and the flu and they was no caring, above and beyond, anything to ask if they could do anything, etc. We ended up eating half of our stay and going somewhere else because it was absolutely awful. We will never stay there again.
