In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, a washing machine and a microwave. The large and comfortable air-conditioned room has a wonderful view of a characteristic canal adjacent to the Grand Canal of Venice where you can admire the romantic passage of the gondolas. Stayed Aug 24, 2024A beautiful apartment with a fabulous view. Centrally located in a very safe & upscale neighborhood. Restaurant aromas, gondolas, singing, church bells & walkways leading to more breathtaking sites. I would stay in this home again

Stayed Aug 13, 2024The location was perfect and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Centrally located to everything that we wanted to see, it gave us a nice retreat from this years July heat. Our hosts were very gracious as well. My wife and I would highly recommend this property to all and we would enjoy staying there again.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024This was a beautiful spot right on a busy canal, walking distance (5 min) to San Marco, and great rooms with great washrooms. It was everything we needed for our 2 days. Would absolutely stay again. Gondola dock out the window, my wife was getting sung to without paying for a ride!

Stayed Jul 4, 2024The location of this property right over the canal was amazing, it was so enjoyable watching and listening to the gondolas going by. Property was very clean and a wonderful space for the four of us who stayed there. Our host was so helpful and comminicative, they helped with water taxi arrangements to and from the property; met us upon arriving to lead us to, and get us all set up in the property. Overall a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this property!

Stayed Jul 9, 2023We had a wonderful stay! Paulo is an excellent host! He assisted us with transportation to and from the airport and with recommendations on restaurants. The apartment is very conveniently located, and on a very picturesque canal.

Stayed Oct 21, 2022Small but compact apartment with excellent amenities including large comfortable beds and bath w/each bedroom. Host was responsive, met us at Vaporetto and led us to the apt. ( short walk) and also arranged for taxi at departure and again met us and led us to stop. Location is near Accademia and Dorsodura, La Fenice and San Marco. Overall very satisfactory. Windows snug enough to keep the singing gondoliers muffled......
