Renovated Oceanfront Condo at Ocean Manor:Private Beach,Tiki Bar,Fort Lauderdale

Will definitely be back to stay in the condo. It's a great size for a small family or an individual. Doesn't face the beach, but the city lights at night are not a compromise. The property amenities including the fun Tiki bar make this a well-rounded place to call home (or home away from home).

This condo was in a great location! The pool was great as well as the tiki bar. Brigid was extremely helpful and responsive, and I will definitely return when we come back to Ft. Lauderdale

My over all stay at the Vrbo at Ocean Manor was good. Let’s begin with the positive. The apartment itself was clean, bright and nicely updated. We were only there for two nights so we did not utilize the kitchen but it was stocked with everything you may need. The host was attentive and checking in was easy. Now for the not so great. The apartment itself was in need of some easy but necessary improvements. The bottom of door in the bathroom was rotting, the hardware in the bathroom could use replacing and the doors leading into the bedroom need to be painted. Both closets in the bedroom were locked(most likely owner occupied) however this leaves no space for tenant to unpack clothes. Some people do not like to live out of their suitcase especially if they’re there for a longer stay. Also it would be a bonus if beach towels were supplied as the place is directly on the beach. The resort charges 6 for ratty beach towels. There is also a lot of construction happening in the building right next door. While trying to relax at the pool, all you hear is jackhammers. While this is out of the control of the host, it would be nice to know ahead of time and let the guest decide if that is where they want to spend their time. The building itself (again no fault of the host) left a lot to be desired. While probably nice back in the day it was run down and a little sad. For a quick stay it was good, but if it were longer I’m not sure if I’d choose to stay there

Brigata was very helpful and quick to reply when I had a question. I really appreciated her willingness to help me change the dates of my stay when I had an unfortunate injury right before I was supposed to travel to her property.

Good location, good amenities in complex, on beach, pool, walking distance to stores, on site bar/restaurant. There is some issue in bathroom with mildew, water damage to door but overall great unit.

Owner was very responsive. Apartment was clean, cute and nicely decorated. Beds were hard and not very comfortable. Laundry is in the basement and costs money if you need to do laundry. You have to get out early to get a chair by the pool. The Tiki bar, pool and beach are nice. Locations close to Lauderdale By The Sea.

We stayed with Brigita for spring break and it was amazing. You are right on the beach and there is also a pool and tiki bar with yummy food and drinks. There is breakfast that you can pay for and a trinket shop on the way down to the pool. There was also so many stores around the area in walking distance. We really never had to drive anywhere unless we were going out. We had an accident with the back door handle and she was very understanding and wonderful with communication. Also very accommodating to our flight schedules with check in/out times. Would recommend to anyone if you’re visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!!

The apartment was adequate but not located with an ocean view or pool view that we expected according to the advertisement on the website. Newly renovated was not really what we experienced. It needs work.

Great spot! Clean, spacious, well stocked and nicely decorated. The heated pool was great and the tiki bar was so convenient with awesome food, drinks and service! Host was very responsive and helpful.

The condo itself was nice and clean, aside from the bathroom that smelled a bit musty. The amenities of the building were not quite what we hoped for and we thought we were getting an oceanfront condo based on the name of the listing but it actually faces a city view, so we were a little disappointed with that. The host was friendly and good at responding. The condo worked for our quick 2-night stay.

Had a tough time getting the key pad to work. Had to download an app to lock and unlock the door. Couldn’t adjust a thermostat to warm up the room.

The condo was spacious and clean. The manager responded to questions immediately.

The condo was newly renovated and sparkling clean. Access to the beach and ocean was easy from the lobby.

Kitchen is nice and well appointed. Dining set needs upgrading. Great city view! We enjoyed the resorts tiki bar and pool.

Host was great with communication. The bedding was extremely clean ( which is my biggest thing) protective covers and all!! Amazing location, pool tiki bar /and restaurant and a beach three steps down for miles!!! Will definitely come back

There were restaurants close by. The room did not look over the beach. The rooms were clean and it was a very nice stay.

Overall a nice place and would stay here again!Water damage in the bathroom and closet. The closet leaks water from the AC. Shower is finicky to get to come on/stay on. Otherwise the place had everything we needed

I can’t believe we actually got in this room considering everything that was going on in town, but it’s one of our favorite places to stay and you can’t be Tiki Bar at the pool or the beach all on the same property not the only thing I did not enjoy was the check-in….you have to download yet another app and figure that out, but after I figured it out…it was ok. 10/10

Our host was very flexible with our check-in and checkout times when our flights got moved around it was really appreciated. I’ve stayed at Ocean Manor before and the rooms can be hit or miss. Booking through VRBO was perfect because we could see the room that we were actually getting. It was perfect for me and my three girlfriends who decided to get together for a Mother’s Day trip and spend some time on the beach. Our host was prompt with her response to our questions in our condo was stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely book agaun!

Location, location, location! Within walking distance to Lauderdale-By-The- Sea and restaurants on the intercoastal. Loved having the Tiki Bar on property for easy to grab food/ drinks. The beach and pool are clean. Never had an issue getting a lounge chair by either. Room was as described. Had some issues getting into contact with the owner about the check-in process and did not receive instructions until the day prior. The owner uses an app to lock/ unlock the door, which did not always work, and could only be installed on one phone without an additional code. Overall, great experience and would go again.
