Easy access and available parking

Great place to stay when visiting my college student.

Very easy to work with descriptions accurate. Very small parking we had a truck there for congress tuff to fit. Cleaning up the side yard would help for more room to park.

Loved the cleanliness and decor of this place. Jesse, the host, communicated well and took care of us. It was a little too far to walk if you have small children or older adults to go anywhere but, we had a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay. Easy check out instructions.

Great stay and communication with owner

Property was clean. Not a lot of extra amenities but a decent economical place for us to stay for one night

Very nice. Pictures do a good job. It was clean and everything seemed new. Everything worked well. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great. We had a great time and we were very happy.

This place was very cute and worked for our family coming from out of state for a OSU football camp and campus tour. This place is very close to campus and made it super easy to get to. Jessie was great at communicating and check-in and out was a breeze. The only reason I’m giving this 4-stars is because the place wasn’t very clean. The master bed had stains on the comforter, one is the twin beds had what appears to be crumbs left behind and the coffee table had a French fry on it when we first walked in. I didn’t feel comfortable using any of the dishes because several of them were dirty. The kitchen cabinets looked like they had been wiped down in a while as there were food stains on some of them. I did make Jessie aware and she responded right way and said she will let her cleaning team know about it.

It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. Excellent communication from Jessie - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again!

Jessie was great! Very helpful with suggestions for the area and very responsive. Nice, clean property as well. It met exactly what we needed.

Place was very nice. Easy to check in and out. The one cot was very uncomfortable but otherwise everything was great!

Very clean! Walking distance to campus and Ohio Stadium. We had a wonderful long weekend!!!

It is a fairly renowned apartment but very dirty. The floors in the entire apartment were not mopped at all. The floor was dirty and covered with hair. The bathroom floor was also dirty questioning the cleanliness of the bathroom. The ceiling fans were covered in dust. Also the kitchen appliances were dusty. The extra linens were dirty. The couch under the cushions in the living room was covered in crumbs. The windows are very old and they didn’t eliminate the noises from the neighborhood, especially from the freight train station, which started operating at 4 am.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was a smoke alarm beeping(due to battery) when we arrived. We messaged the host and it was fixed within the hour while we were out getting dinner. It’s very near the university and the fair grounds.
