Located close to I-70 and 10 minutes from Downtown Golden, our tastefully renovated 2/1 is located in a great location for those commuting to the Mountains or Denver. The unit has great natural lighting, chic furnishings and great basic amenities such as a washer and dryer in the unit, dishwasher, and small counter seating for eating or working remotely.

Inside:
Upon entering, you'll immediately be greeted with how bright, welcoming, and clean our unit is. Each bedroom is equipped with a Full Bed and small closet where you can keep items for your longer stays. The bathroom has a stand-in shower, towels and hairdryer while the kitchen is fully stocked with all the items you'll need to cook and live like you're at home. A stackable washer/dryer is located in the kitchen and the large TV in living room is a Roku TV where you can log-in to your favorite apps.
Outside:
Step out the front door, walk about 10 feet and you will find the gate access to a completely fenced in side yard. 2 parking spots directly out front make parking easy during your longer stay.

You will need a car to stay here. We do recommend AWD during winter months as they do not plow the neighborhood streets.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
Please Note: The City does not snow plow neighborhood streets. You will need a car you feel comfortable driving through snowy and sometimes icy roads. The roads are flat and easy enough to navigate. AWD is recommended during winter months.
PETS
Dogs are allowed and we charge a $200 non refundable pet accommodation fare per month during your stay (2nd pet is an additional $125 per month). Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays, and if you are traveling with cats.
CHILD PROOFING:
Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
