Welcome to our guest house! This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom living space is completely private and ready for your stay. It is equipped with a private balcony, full kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom with King bed, and one bathroom. The unit is located above our garage in the back of our property. There is also a patio area with chairs, a firepit and a hot tub that is open for use. Street parking is readily available. It's roughly a 15-20 min walk to downtown Kirkwood(around 1 mile

Stayed Jan 29, 2026Great apartment! Clean, well equipped, perfect location, very responsive owners. Hot tub was fabulous after a busy day on the nearby ski slopes. Overall great place to stay. Will definitely stay again next year if available.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024Just a lovely property on a beautiful street in a wonderful neighborhood. Quiet, peaceful, private and the perfect size for us. The owner was always available to answer any questions. Downtown Kirkwood is just a few blocks away which has a great farmers market and good restaurants. I’d stay there again without question!
