LOCATION:
Remarkables Garden is adjacent to the Wyndham Garden Hotel and close to the Remarkables Town Centre, Ramada Queenstown and Wakatipu High School. It is a scenic 15-minute drive to central Queenstown. There is a bus stop right at your doorstep that goes into town and one within walking distance to take you up to the ski fields.

- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply

- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $250
A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.

- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

The location was great. We were in walking distance from groceries, cafes, and the mountains! The view was amazing. We had undercover parking, which helped on the rainy days.
There were not enough beds for the 4 people staying, the couch is not suitable for a teenager to sleep on. The contact person was rude when I asked if there was a roller bed or air mattress available. We ended up buying our own.
Just as the pictures showed. Great location away from busy Queenstown centre. Close to airport but very quiet! Totally recommend it. Lounge room a bit cramped but we didn't spend much time there!
Perfect for our needs clean tidy and secure
Had a great stay. Close to everything we needed and far enough away, yet close enough to, Queenstown.
Property was in good condition and in a good location for us. The only issues were that the WiFi was poor and the Sports & Movie Packages were missing from Sky TV. (It should be noted that the unit below - Room 305, had excellent WiFi as well as the Sports & Movie Packages on Sky TV)
Easy & stress free
enjoyed our stay. the construction site next door wasn't to noisy but you may wish to inform guests that it is there as it wasn't shown on the listing images. It won't put me off booking again however
Property was really nice and new, good location, great view of the Remarkables. However on arrival late at night - the fob from the lockbox for entry into the apartment had a flat battery and would not work. We were only able to enter the building because two people exited the front door and let us in. The fob would not open the garage entry either. (It would be be helpful for the owner to check before guests arrive that everything is in order for a smooth stay). Upon arrival into our room we found heaps of dead flies on the floor (at least 20 - which we had to vacuum up) and dead flies in the cupboard. Not a great start. Apart from this - we could not fault the apartment.
Very nice place, had everything we needed.
