We give our guests space but are available when needed. We are always just a message or a phone call away if you have any questions or require assistance during your stay. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

- Amenities: The home is professionally cleaned after every guest. We provide fresh, hotel-quality linen, towels, an iron, ironing board, and on-site laundry facilities. A starter supply of individually wrapped tea, coffee, and sugar is also included.

- Guest Verification: For security and insurance purposes, we require the names of all staying guests and a copy of the lead guest's ID prior to check-in. This information will be requested via a secure link after booking.

- Lost Keys: Please be careful with the keys. A replacement fee will be charged for any lost keys to cover the cost of a locksmith and replacement.

    The apartment was lovely and we loved the outdoor balcony. The location of the apartment was fantastic! Thank you for a lovely stay- we hope to return. Hand soap in both bathrooms and shower gel would have been useful.

    The property was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect - extremely close to town and many shops/facilities whilst also being quiet. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay while in Canterbury. Thank you!

    Canterbury was where we ended our 2 week stay in the UK. We had some issues getting our emails but Louie made sure he was in contact and got us all the information we needed to access the flat. It was clean, bright, open and comfortable! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the 2nd bedroom able to accommodate either a single bed or 2 separate. We have 2 kids (9 and 11) who were thrilled to not have to share a bed. Having the 2 bathrooms was amazing after sharing a single bathroom in London! We loved the balcony to enjoy in the evenings and the family area to spread out in. The water pressure was perfect and so was the water heat, I say this because other locations in the UK we stayed at had either low water pressure, or not very warm showers or both. LOCATION was perfect! immediately leaving the building you have quick access to restaurants, pubs, shops and coffee. If you're needed groceries it is a quick walk to Aldi. We had a car and the car park is right down the street, making it easy. For the money, location and accommodations this is a great find! After we arrived Louie sent a message making sure everything was as expected. We would stay here again!

    The apartment was exactly as described. I feel it felt “warmer” in person than how it presented in the photos. Communications were clear and timely. It is in a great location for the medieval city. We had a wonderful stay.
